Atmos is a brand of Taurex, a multi-asset broker regulated in multiple jurisdictions. The same rigour and standards are applied to the Atmos prop offering.
The base profit split across all plans is 80%, but there is an option to purchase a 90% profit split addon when you buy the challenge.
News Trading is allowed in all Challenge Phases.
However, in the Funded Stage, News Trading is prohibited.
Atmos prohibits opening or closing trades on affected asset pairs within 5 minutes before and after a high-impact news event. Profits generated from news trading at the Atmos Funded Account stage will be deleted, which may take a few days to process.
Minimum Profitable Days:
A minimum of 3 profitable days is required on all products and challenge phases.
What is a profitable day and how does it work?
A Profitable Day is a day where the closed positions generated a positive profit of at least 0.5% of the initial balance.
Leverage enables you to open a position worth more than the value of your virtual funds. Atmos provides competitive leverage ratios tailored to different asset classes, helping traders maximize their opportunities while managing risk. Leverage details can be viewed directly on the platform to suit your trading strategy. We offer up to:

To pass Phase 1 of the 2-Phase Challenge, you need to reach a profit target of 10%.
To pass Phase 2 of the 2-Phase Challenge, you need to reach a profit target of 5%.
To pass the Challenge Phase of the 1-Phase Challenge, you need to reach a profit target of 10%.
At the end of each day at rollover, we take a snapshot of your account balance. Your account equity cannot drop below 3% of your previous balance at midnight (server time).
Overall drawdown rule:
On the 1-Phase Challenge, the max drawdown is a trailing drawdown that is calculated from the previous day High-Water-Mark based on the highest equity.
For example, if your starting balance is 100,000 USD the initial max overall drawdown is 94,000 USD, which is 6% of your initial balance.
If your highest recorded equity during the day is 103,000 USD because you made profit, the maximum drawdown for the next day is calculated based on the new highest equity of now 103,000 USD. 6% of 103,000 USD is 6,180 USD, which brings the overall drawdown level to 96,820 USD.

- Opposite Trading/Hedging across multiple accounts or traders
- Group Trading, Account Management, and Copy Trading
All these practices have their own definition. Kindly be advised that all definitions apply to general instances and explanations, and the company retains the privilege to assess each case on an individual basis.
High-Frequency Trading (HFT) involves executing a large number of trades on the same asset within a short period or holding trades for extremely short durations.
Executing 30 or more trades within any consecutive 60-minute period leads to a hard breach and an immediate account violation.

Fees related to Atmos challenges are generally non-refundable, as they cover the evaluation and platform access costs. However, we do understand that circumstances can change. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with specific policies outlined in our terms and conditions.
